2 is absolutely worth it, but man 3 is probably one of my favorite games ever.
true, and it looks that good without trying to shove raytracing and stuff like that down your throat so it runs smoothly on real computers and not just Nvidia’s latest cash grab.
yeah the story isn’t amazing but everything else is the best ever made
anything that matters in that game is introduced or explained in it.
if you haven’t, please play just cause 3. it is genuinely one of the greatest games ever made and the entire premise is: ok here’s your grappling hook, parachute, wingsuit, bombs, and guns, now go blow up every thing and/or person with red on it. there is a story (and it’s decent) but who cares, you upgrade your shit by doing cool stunts and the main mode of progression is a how-much-shit-have-you-blown-up-in-this-area meter.
I think it’s meant to be about gnome’s refusal to show the user anything ever lest they be overwhelmed by 1 (one) ui element cluttering the screen.
yeah I wish there was more optimization, but upscaling is still an awesome tool to get extra capability out of older hardware
ofc optimization is still needed, I meant that upscaling improves the maximum you could reasonably get out of your hardware. I’d also like to see actual low options come back bc it’s really annoying not being able to turn the graphics down anymore.
thronefall is a fun little TD/RTS style game with a nice visual style and good rouglite-esque progression.
I may have issues I never had on windows but I have way fewer issues and if I mention them online roughly half the time a dude who develops the thing that caused it sees it and, completely unlike any microsoft employee, gives a fuck. I once mentioned that I experienced a bug in the only mbin mobile app in reply to a post that was related to mbin but not the app (directly, anyway) and jwr1, the guy who makes that app, responded asking what it was.
you can tell this was made by a Mac user bc it implies that macs are the only functional computers.
airborn empire is a fun city builder/resource management game
