The mainline Zelda games were fantastic emulated, beautiful with graphics mods and at 1440p/60-120FPS! I also really enjoyed Link’s Awakening. I played Monster Hunter Rise on my regular switch for like 140 hours, but I wish I had waited for the computer version.

I’m definitely passing on Switch 2. I only ever played my Switch docked and always wished I was just playing it in the computer instead.

It was broadcasted scrambled, legally. You could see the scrambled channel by just tuning in. To unscramble it, you paid some amount of money PER VIDEO, it was pretty ridiculous.

My mate growing up had a box that unscrambled it automatically for free, a “pirate box”. That was also an option.

Before peeps had access to internet and whatnot, you could tune into the scrambled porn channel and watch the scrambles for a while. Occasionally, it would unscramble enough to be able to see the sex stuff!

I do love old-style MH still! World and Rise are wonderful and Wilds is great so far, but MHXX/MHGU is my favorite Monster Hunter game for sure.

Ahhhh I love how crunchy the old versions are! The only thing I wish I had on my carts is a FFWD feature for grinding.

Diablo II does support LAN and it’s one of my favorite games of all time.

The remaster, unfortunately, does not support LAN.

Diablo II is maybe the best game I’ve ever played. The remaster was so faithful and perfectly done, too. D3 was okay but got worse with the expansion (thanks for taking our trading and economy, making items feel worthless) and I refuse to play D4 or the mobile game that I shall not mention.

The 7th Guest defined my childhood, along with Quest for Glory I.
